Picture it:
Thursday, April 13, 1972, I walk into a small, 1000-square-foot storefront on Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix. I can smell the fresh paint and sawdust floating in the empty store like the wet and heavy musk of clay in the potter’s studio. I feel apprehensive and yet excited, like that unmolded lump of clay sitting on the potter’s wheel, waiting for his hand to guide and shape me. But I take a deep breath and find the vacuum cleaner, and Central Christian Supply is born. Later that day, I shelve the first shipment of Bibles. No telephones are ringing, no salespeople are knocking on the door, and no customers are browsing in the aisles. No computers, no fax machines, and no high-speed Internet access—just Mr. Polley and me, simple and unformed; we are God’s clay. So we each buy a Bible that very first day, taking turns as customer and cashier, and waiting for God to mold our business into his plan.
Over thirty years later, my business has grown immeasurably. God has provided a new, larger store, a faithful and constantly growing group of friends and customers, and a caring and hard-working team of employees. He continues to mold this business and me into his will. To all of you who have faithfully supported me through the years, I thank you, and to all of you who are thinking of visiting this store for the first time, I welcome you to stop by, browse through our huge inventory of new and used products, and say hello.

Central Christian Supply, Inc. was established in 1972 to provide quality products backed by quality service, and to provide a resource for Christian literature to the church, study groups, and individuals seeking a relationship with Jesus Christ. We proclaim Jesus Christ, crucified and risen.
We have Christian books, Bibles, gifts, music, curriculum, videos, cards, and more. We are a full service Christian bookstore. We do special orders daily.
Finally, we are unique in that we buy, sell, and trade used Christian books, Bibles, and music.
Store Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
